Fees
Starting figures, then a quote for the room you have
Fees follow the visit, not a monthly plan. A half-day in Klang is not the same work as a dinner seating in another state. The figures below are starting points in ringgit. We confirm a quote before the date is fixed.
| Study | Starting fee | What moves the quote |
|---|---|---|
| On-site wait-time study | RM 2,400 | Half day, one waiting area, Klang Valley. Full day, a second observer, or more than one waiting room is quoted. |
| Peak-hour queue mapping | RM 1,100 | One agreed window of about three hours at one premises. |
| Booking-slot crowding review | RM 850 | Up to two typical weeks from one premises, sent as screens or a print. Larger samples cost more. |
| Late arrival and no-show wait review | RM 1,600 | About four hours on a day you expect lateness or gaps. |
| Follow-up observation | RM 900 | For premises that already had an on-site study with us. Matching weekday and density. |
What the starting fee assumes
Travel within Klang, the rest of Selangor, and Kuala Lumpur sits inside the figures above. Negeri Sembilan and further are quoted for travel and, if an overnight is needed, lodging. A deposit of 30 percent holds the date for an on-site visit; the remainder is due when the written account is sent.
We do not publish a price per chair or per table. A salon with one basin and a clinic with two hygienists and one bench are different mornings even if both use the same booking app. Tell us how many rooms, chairs, basins, or dinner sections we must see.
What is not a fee
There is no subscription. There is no software licence. If you only want a letter about a fortnight of screens, that is the crowding review — no site visit, no travel line. If a public holiday empties the list, we move the date; we do not charge a second starting fee for that move when you give us five working days’ notice.
