Terms of engagement

Acceptance

By sending a note through this site, confirming a date by email, or paying a deposit, you accept these terms. If you are booking on behalf of a clinic, salon, spa, or restaurant, you confirm you have authority to invite us onto the premises and to share a view of that day’s booking list.

The work

We provide on-site wait-time studies, peak-hour queue maps, booking-slot crowding reviews, late-arrival reviews, and follow-up observations as described on this site. We do not sell software, host a booking app, process payments for your guests, or take over reception. Written accounts describe one session or one sample you sent. They are not a guarantee that waits will shorten after you change a list.

Dates and access

You will give us a chair or standing place with a view of arrivals, and a view of the booking list for the hours we agreed. If the premises close, or the list is emptied, without five working days’ notice, we may keep the deposit and offer a new date. Observation rules on the visit page form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The timed log and the written account we send you are licensed to you for internal use: floor meetings, staff notes, and discussions with your own advisers. You may not publish the account as our endorsement, resell it, or present it as a ranking of other businesses. Our methods, templates, and the text on this website remain ours. Photographs on this website are used under their providers’ licences and are not part of your study file.

Your materials

Screens and prints you send for a crowding review remain yours. We use them only to write the letter. We ask you to cover guest phone numbers where you can. We are not responsible for personal data you include beyond what a booking list ordinarily shows a reception desk.

Liability

We are not clinicians, hairstylists, or restaurateurs. We do not accept liability for clinical outcomes, beauty results, food, or guest injury. Our liability for a study is limited to the fee you paid for that study, except where Malaysian law does not allow a limit (including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud). We are not liable for lost profit, lost bookings, or reputational harm arising from how you use the account.

Website

This website is informational. Fees are starting figures. A binding fee is the one in our written quote. Forms on this site send a mock acknowledgement for demonstration of the page; a confirmed engagement begins when we reply by email and you accept the quote.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Selangor have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-excludable rights you have as a consumer under Malaysian law.
