Data controller

Queue Canvas Grid is the controller of personal data sent to this website and to info@queuecanvasgrid.digital. Malaysian personal data law, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, informs how we handle that data.

What we collect

From an enquiry: name, email, optional visit date, premises description, the study you selected, and the message you write. From an engagement: correspondence, deposit records, and the booking screens or prints you choose to send. During an on-site visit we copy first names or ticket numbers as the desk already calls them; we do not collect guest identity documents or payment card numbers.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to plan a visit, to write the account you asked for, to send a quote, and to keep records of fees and refunds. We do not sell contact lists. We do not use enquiry data to profile strangers for advertising networks.

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not become a visit are kept up to twelve months, then deleted from our mailbox archive unless the law requires a longer hold. Study files (logs and accounts) are kept for six years after the visit, which matches how long a fee dispute in Malaysia may still need the paper. Booking samples you sent are deleted within ninety days after the letter is issued, unless you ask us to keep them for a follow-up.

Your rights

You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for a correction, and ask us to stop using it for a study that has not yet been delivered (we may still keep what the law requires for accounts). Write to info@queuecanvasgrid.digital. We will answer within a reasonable time. If you are unhappy with our reply, you may contact the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Department.

International transfers

Our office and usual file storage are in Malaysia. If email or document tools hold a copy on servers outside Malaysia, we use them only as needed to reply and to send the written account. We do not run a global marketing database. You should not put guest identity numbers into the public contact form.

Guests on the premises

We do not take guest mailing lists from your booking app. If a guest asks who we are, reception may say we are noting waiting times. We do not publish guest names in marketing. Accounts use first names or tickets the way the desk used them that day.
