When you open this site, your browser may keep a short record we set, or a record a font or map provider sets. Essential cookies remember that you have already chosen Accept or Reject on the banner. Optional cookies, if you accept them, help us count how many times a page such as the observation visit note was opened.
Types we use
Essential. The banner choice, stored in local storage under the key qcg_cookie_consent, so we do not ask again on every page. The site works if you reject optional cookies. Forms, study pages, and the journal remain usable.
Analytics (optional). Only if you press Accept. We may then count page opens in a simple first-party record. We do not need this count to deliver a wait-time study.

How to manage or disable cookies
Use Accept or Reject on the banner the first time you visit. Rejecting does not block pages or the contact form. You can also delete site data for queuecanvasgrid.digital in your browser settings, or block cookies for this site there. After a deletion the banner will appear again.
Third-party cookies
Google Fonts may set cookies or similar storage when the typefaces load. Images on this site are requested from the public image hosts named in each src; those hosts may receive your IP address as any image request does. We do not embed payment widgets or booking-app pixels.
Impact of disabling
If you reject optional cookies or block all cookies, you can still read the studies, the journal, and the legal pages, and you can still send a note. You may see the banner again after clearing storage. Typefaces might fall back to the serif and sans-serif already on your device if Google Fonts is blocked.
